You will inform your freight forwarder about the item that you will be shipping. This information will be documented on your Bill of Lading Draft Copy. If you are shipping a vehicle in the container the following documents will be required: Original title for the vehicle If Vehicle has a Lien – Original release of lien or lien satisfaction Bill of Sale

The trucking company taking your container to the port must have 4 copies of the title(s) of all vehicles in the container and 4 copies of the dock receipt will also need to be presented at the time of delivery to port.

Most of the shipping lines take anywhere from 21 days to 32 days for the vessel to arrive at destination. There are unforeseen instances such as weather conditions that may change the transit times. Please call our office if you have questions or you can easily track your container on either our website or the shipping Line’s website. Please have your booking number or container number handy to track your booking

This is the soft copy of the legal document issued by the Shipping Line to allow merchant release of your container at the point of destination.

For new customers, we require a 50% deposit of your freight bill at the time of making your booking. Once the vessel with your container sails, we will send you an invoice showing the remaining balance which needs to be paid a week before the vessel arrives at the point of destination. NOTE: Please allow 2 – 3 days processing times for your bill of lading or telex release.

You will need a copy of the bill of lading or telex release email to retrieve your container from the port of destination. Your licensed Freight Forwarder will provide you with your bill of lading or telex release.
